Burradon and Camperdown

SLEEPING BEAUTY
It was 11th December 2010 and Christmas officially started with the Burradon and Camperdown's annual pantomime at Camperdown Club. 126 children and their families gathered in anticipation of The Panto Company's version of Sleeping Beauty. The performance was filled with fantastic costumes, great songs and plenty of energy and judging by the reaction of the audience, everyone enjoyed the pantomime. The pantomime is also a great community event and it is wonderful to watch members of the village coming together to enjoy Sleeping Beauty.
We wish to pass on our gratitude to The Sir James Knott Trust, R W Mann Trust and the Catherine Cookson Trust for their generous donations to the cost of the pantomime.
